The services I offer are very individual and specific and so you won‘t find fix rates here. Tell me what do you need and I will get back to you with an individual offer. Here some general information about my conditions: Normally, services will be billed by hour. Regular office hours are 9:00 to 18:00 hrs., Monday to Friday, all German holidays excluded. Overnight or weekend/holiday service can be provided at an hourly overtime rate The minimum billing unit is 20 minutes. The minimum time for a single job is 1 hour. In deviation from the hourly rate a package price might be negotiable (lump-sum price, weekly or monthly rate) . Real estate projects (selling, renting out apartments/properties) are basically paid on comission, usually by the buyer/tenant. Jobs as an exclusive consultant for the buyer/tenant can be billed by hour or on commision (because of the specific real estate business conventions here in Germany please note that I have to bill you for this service in addition to the commission that might has to be paid to the real estate agent who has the property under contract).
